This is the 2nd year the team visited UAE from Rajkot India and they love to play in the beautiful grassy ground of Alain sportplex cricket academy on Sunday.
After winning the toss alain sportplex captain Asghar Mehdi elected to bat but they lost 2 quick wickets as dependable Nasim Hassan and captain Asghar Mehdi gotout cheaply when score was 15 but then a good solid partner ship came from Mohammed Hafeez and Umair Khalid they put on 35 runs partnership Umair scored18 and Hafeez scored 47 with 4 boundaries with him the other main contributor was Zafar Aftab who score a brilliant 38 with 3 boundaries from Rajkot Blues Abishek took 2 for 16 and Nikunj, Sumit, Kashyap and Jugal got one wicket eachbowled well as local boys manage to reach 151 in 25 over’s in reply the visitor Rajkot team started very nicely with opening stand of 51 runs between Sumit andYash as they show lots of potential in there approach Yash who scored 17 andSumit is the top scorer from Rajkot side 45 with 3 boundaries then comes the spinners Obaid took 2 for 24 from his 5 over’s and Shivem 1 for 26 from his 5over’s they bowled very tight line and stop them to score freely and they gave wickets only Abijeet scored 24 with one huge six and at one stage it looks the game slip out of local boys but then a good spell comes from captain Asghar Mehdi who took 2 of main wickets and the end stages with Mehdi the 11 year Boy Osama Saleem and Naeem ullah who bowled very nicely and the end to bring home side a win by 12 runs as the visitors only manage to score 139 all Out in 25th over.
